Trish Callaghan Pastellist 16 July, 2011

Trish Callaghan is a successful pastel artist currently residing in Murwillumbah.

Trish grew up on a farm near Dalby in Queensland.  She started using pastel when she lived in Broome in 1990,  her work reflects the Australian outback with its low horizons, vastness and starry nights.

She is a trained preschool teacher and is currently studying for an Arts Degree.

She has won many prizes for her work.



It was great to see many new and not seen for a while members.  We all had an interesting day.
